1Choose the intended teamOpen the team invitation control while preparing an individual cricket or football match or on an eligible saved match.
Team choice
Choose the correct team in the created-match invitation view. Check team name and sport before preparing the link.
Draft and saved matches
A draft invitation lets players join while the match is being prepared. A saved-match invitation allows joining before play starts, subject to match and roster checks.
After this step
Open the team invitation control while preparing an individual cricket or football match or on an eligible saved match.
2Prepare and share the team linkUse the available invitation action, then share the same current link with the intended players.
Copy the prepared team link or select the read-only link field. Wait for the preparation or copy result.
Share and WhatsApp
Use the device share option or WhatsApp action when offered. If sharing is unavailable, copy the link instead.
Expired invitation
If the current link has expired, use the offered renewal. Team identity changes clear the displayed link, so prepare the current team link again.
After this step
Use the available invitation action, then share the same current link with the intended players.
3Review the invitation before joiningOpen the link and check the match, team, sport, dates, venue and current squad.
Signed-out visitor
Sign in or create and verify an account through the invitation flow. Return to the same invitation after authentication.
Squad list
Use previous and next pages to review the squad. Your own entry is highlighted when you already belong to this team.
Unavailable link
An expired, invalid or no longer eligible invitation shows Team link unavailable. Ask the match creator for a current link rather than joining another team.
After this step
Open the link and check the match, team, sport, dates, venue and current squad.
4Join the correct squadChoose the join action only when the invitation says your account is eligible.
Existing membership
Already joined players and the match owner do not join again. Membership of the other team or an unavailable roster state can prevent joining.
Verified save
Wait while joining is confirmed. A failure message means your place has not been confirmed. Follow the offered retry or refresh.
Stale squad
Joining can succeed even when the refreshed roster is temporarily unavailable. Refresh the squad and use the confirmed match link when offered.
After this step
Choose the join action only when the invitation says your account is eligible.
5Refresh players and continueRefresh joined players before creating a draft match and review the authoritative squad after a saved-match join.
Draft creator
Use the refresh control to load joined players into the match draft before final creation.
Saved match
Open the match or My matches after successful membership. The roster still follows its normal eligibility, size and pre-play rules.
Privacy
Share invitation links only with intended participants. Do not paste a private invitation into a public tutorial example.
After this step
Refresh joined players before creating a draft match and review the authoritative squad after a saved-match join.
