1Choose who can assign a broadcasterStart with the tournament organizer or standalone match creator. Broadcast access belongs to the assigned account.
Tournament assignment
As the owning organizer, open the tournament actions and choose Manage broadcaster. A tournament assignment covers every current and future match in that tournament. Platform administrators can manage assignments through their permitted management surfaces.
Standalone match assignment
As the standalone match creator, open the match management actions and choose Broadcaster. This assignment covers that match only. Other players, scorers and tournament members do not receive assignment-management access just by participating.
Assigned producer
Use the explicitly assigned active account to open broadcast controls. Organizer or administrator access alone does not grant producer access. Assignment changes presentation access without changing scorer permissions.
Read-only assignment
When the assignment view is read-only, review the saved broadcaster information and use completed scorecards for presentation history. Do not expect assignment controls to be available in that state.
Expired Practice tournament
Broadcaster access can no longer be changed after the Practice tournament expires. Return to an active tournament rather than retrying an expired assignment.
After this step
You understand choose who can assign a broadcaster and when to use the available controls.
2Find and verify an existing accountSearch for an existing account first and privately confirm the person before selecting them.
Search accounts
Enter the complete registered mobile number or email, or at least three letters from the start of the registered name. Search accounts and check the displayed identity. A contact search can find an existing account even if a name search did not.
Private mobile confirmation
For a name result requiring confirmation, choose Confirm privately and let that person enter the last four registered mobile digits. Use Confirm and select only after the identity is verified. Cancel returns to the results.
Private email confirmation
Where email confirmation is offered, let the account owner privately enter their complete registered email and choose Confirm and select. Masked contact details help distinguish results without exposing the full contact.
Change account or Keep current
Change account reopens selection. Keep current leaves the current selection in place. If an account becomes unavailable or verification expires, search again rather than assigning an unverified result.
After this step
You understand find and verify an existing account and when to use the available controls.
3Verify a new broadcaster accountCreate a new account only after checking that the person does not already have one.
Verify a new broadcaster
After searching, open Account not found? Verify a new broadcaster. Enter the person's real full name, choose the country and enter the mobile number. Complete the verification challenge when requested.
WhatsApp code
Request the WhatsApp code and let the owner enter the six digits. Wait for account verification to finish before assigning. The account becomes selectable only after ownership is verified.
Resend or cancel verification
Wait for the displayed resend countdown before requesting another code. Check the number if delivery fails and use the cancel verification control to correct it. A delivery warning is not confirmation that an account was created.
After this step
You understand verify a new broadcaster account and when to use the available controls.
4Assign, replace or remove accessReview the selected person and scope before confirming an assignment change.
Assign broadcaster
Choose Assign broadcaster and confirm the person and scope in the application dialog. Wait for the saved assignment to appear before asking that person to open the workspace. Resolve any feature-access or payment step shown for the tournament before treating the assignment as complete.
Replace broadcaster
Select and verify the replacement, then confirm Replace broadcaster. The previous broadcaster loses producer access immediately. Scores and saved presentation settings stay with the match or tournament.
Remove broadcaster
Choose Remove broadcaster and read the confirmation. Confirm to remove producer access while preserving scores, scorecards and saved presentation. Cancel keeps the assignment.
Changed or unavailable assignment
If another manager changed the assignment or a save failed, refresh and review the current saved person before retrying. An inactive selected account must be searched and verified again. Loading or error feedback is not a successful assignment.
After this step
You understand assign, replace or remove access and when to use the available controls.
5Browse tournaments and matchesSign in as the assigned broadcaster and open the Broadcaster workspace to select a tournament or match.
Broadcaster workspace
Open the Broadcaster workspace from the account navigation when available, or open the broadcaster dashboard while signed in. An active assignment is required. If access is missing, ask the owner to verify the assigned account rather than changing account roles.
Tournaments
Use the Tournaments tab to review assigned tournaments, their sport, match counts, next match and saved or system broadcast defaults. Select a row to open its details, then use Open tournament matches to see that tournament's matches.
Matches
Use the Matches tab and select the correct teams, sport and status. Open broadcast controls from the details panel. On a narrow screen, open the row details sheet and close it to return to the list.
Tournament filter and pages
Use Show all matches to clear the selected tournament filter. Use the page controls when more assignments are available. Reopen the selected details after returning from controls if needed.
No matches or unavailable assignments
A tournament with no published fixtures can have a valid assignment but no match controls yet. Published fixtures appear automatically. If assignments are temporarily unavailable, retry after the loading error clears rather than treating the error as an empty assignment list.
After this step
You understand browse tournaments and matches and when to use the available controls.
6Recover broadcaster control accessOne active broadcaster control tab is allowed for a match. Resolve the connection state before changing presentation.
Loading controls
Wait while the protected workspace verifies the account and connection. Presentation changes and video-link saves require the verified broadcast connection.
Connection already in use
If another broadcaster tab for this account is active for this match, close that tab or device connection and choose Try again. Broadcaster controls do not offer the scorer's Continue scoring here takeover action.
Try again or Back
For a connection that cannot be verified, reconnect and choose Try again. If the account is no longer assigned, use Back and return to assignments. A broadcast-page loading error preserves saved settings, so reopen the match from assignments after the error clears.
After this step
You understand recover broadcaster control access and when to use the available controls.

Expected result
