Terms for platform services and organizer collections.

These terms explain the Sports Fantasy platform service, the separate services supplied by tournament organizers, and the rules that apply when you create or use an account.

Account use

Provide accurate information and protect your authenticated session and OTP codes. You are responsible for activity completed through your account unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

Platform services

Sports Fantasy is the product name for tournament management, auction, scoring, communication, and fantasy management software. Any paid platform feature is fixed access to software or management tools supplied by the configured platform operator. The payment merchant name is shown before payment and the supplier's legal details are recorded on the applicable billing document.

Organizer registration services

A tournament organizer supplies its own registration service and remains responsible for eligibility, tournament rules, the registration amount, cancellation decisions, and its disclosed refund policy. An organizer requests mandatory online registration payment through the private support-ticket process. One Super Admin approval applies to all tournaments owned by that organizer account. The configured platform operator then receives registration amounts through Sports Fantasy as collection agent. This does not make the platform operator the supplier of the organizer's tournament registration service.

Fantasy and virtual values

Sports Fantasy does not offer paid-entry fantasy contests, betting, or cash winnings. A charge for fantasy management software is a fixed platform-service charge. It is not a stake, wager, prize-pool contribution, wallet deposit, redeemable balance, or entitlement to winnings. Auction points, fantasy budgets, bids, purses, and displayed values are virtual controls with no cash value.

Payment information

The checkout must identify what is being supplied, the organizer supplier name, the collection agent, the amount, refund responsibility, and document responsibility before payment. A payment provider reference confirms payment processing only and is not an invoice.

Invoices and acknowledgements

For a paid platform feature, the configured platform operator supplies the service and issues the applicable commercial or tax document. For an organizer registration approved through the support-ticket process, the platform operator issues only a collection acknowledgement through Sports Fantasy. The named organizer remains responsible for any invoice, receipt, or tax document required for its registration service.

Organizer approval and payout coordination

The in-app approval record contains the organizer's request, Super Admin decision, approved supplier display name, and an internal reference for offline coordination. Sports Fantasy does not ask the organizer to submit PAN, GSTIN, address, bank account, IFSC, or a separate organizer agreement through this workflow. Any payout is coordinated outside the app and does not change the participant payment record.

Tournament authority

Organizers are responsible for their competition rules, participant eligibility, teams, schedules, scorer appointments, sports decisions, and lawful handling of participant information. Sports Fantasy may preserve audit evidence but does not replace an organizer's sporting authority.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, misuse access, manipulate scoring or payment evidence, upload unlawful material, probe restricted systems, or disrupt platform availability.

Service changes and responsibility

Features may change as the product develops. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final liability wording requires approval from the proprietor and Indian legal counsel before live activation.
