Explore the product before signing in. The navigation also opens Tutorials and Docs.
Controls and choices
Page navigation
Use Features to reach the workspace overview. Tournament Software, Live Scoring, Audio Commentary and Broadcast Graphics open their explanatory pages. Tutorials and Docs open public help. On a narrow screen, open the navigation menu to reach the same choices.
Sign in or create an account
Sign in opens access to an existing account. Create an account opens registration. Reading the home page and public help does not require an account.
Appearance
Use the light or dark appearance toggle, including Appearance in the compact menu. The preference is remembered when browser storage is available.
Language
Use Language to choose from the languages currently offered. Public page text follows that choice where translations exist. Recorded videos, screenshots and downloadable captions remain in their original language.

Before, during and after
Review the role's Before the match, During the match and After the match sections. Open a linked capability to read its explanation or tutorial when offered.
Connected match record
Review the lifecycle and product examples as explanations of shared tournament data. A sample graphic on the marketing page is not your live tournament state.
Frequently asked questions
Expand a question to read its answer and collapse it when finished. Use Contact us when the available explanation does not resolve your question.

Scorers record match events and keep the shared score up to date.

Select Scorer to review assigned fixtures, event entry and recovery responsibilities. This public preview does not grant scoring access.

Browse and reset tutorial search
Use result pages to browse. Reset an unsuccessful search to see tutorials again.

Use Next and Previous when the filtered library spans more than one page. The page indicator shows which results are visible.
Reset tutorial search
If no tutorials match, check the search words and category. Reset tutorial search clears both and restores the full library.

Find a tutorial
Search for the tutorial, open its learning choices, choose Detailed explanation, then select Open full written guide.
Controls and choices
Search tutorials
Search by tutorial, task, role or step. Suggestions appear after enough text is entered. Select a suggestion or use the filtered cards.
Tutorial categories
Choose All or a category to narrow the list. Search and category choices work together.
- All — Search across every tutorial category.
- Player — Find player and account guides.
- Organizer — Find organizer workflow guides.
- Tournament — Find tournament guides.
- Match — Find match, scoring and broadcast guides.
Clear or reset search
Clear tutorial search removes the query. Clear search and category removes both filters. If there are no matching tutorials, use Reset tutorial search or try simpler words.
Previous and Next
Use Previous and Next to move through the bounded results. Return to the library to continue browsing with the retained search context when available.
View tutorial steps
When a recording is available, the tutorial card opens How would you like to learn? Choose Detailed explanation, wait for the preview, then select Open full written guide. A card with no recording opens its written guide directly.

Choose written steps or available video
Choose Short video for the main path or Detailed explanation for more guidance. Written steps remain available.

Detailed explanation
Choose Detailed explanation for the narrated walkthrough when available and read the written steps, options and expected outcome alongside it.
Short video
Choose Short video for the concise recording when one is published. Short and detailed recordings have separate availability.
Video coming soon
A Video coming soon, Short video coming soon or Detailed video coming soon message means that recording is not available. Read the step list now. The written instructions remain available while recording is pending.
Desktop and mobile layouts
When more than one recording is available for the selected depth, choose the desktop or mobile layout. The player prefers an available layout suited to the screen and may show only one when the other is missing.
Video controls
Use the available local or embedded player's playback, sound and fullscreen controls. Captions and caption downloads appear with the available recording. If playback fails, continue with the written steps.
Original media language
Changing the public page language does not translate the recorded narration, screenshots or downloaded captions.

Read a step in more detail
Expand a written step to see control explanations and the expected result.

Expand a written step
Select a step title to open its explanation. Select the same title again to collapse it. On a phone, the written steps follow the video panel.
After this step
Read the expected outcome at the end of the expanded step before continuing. The instructions are available independently of the recording.

Recover an unsuccessful Docs search
Reset search and filters if Docs cannot find the guide you need.

Reset search and filters
When No guides found appears, choose Reset search and filters to remove the active query and category. You can then search again with simpler words.

Use Docs and return to your activity
Search Docs, open the matching guide and use its return link to get back.
Controls and choices
Search guides
Open Docs and search by task, role, sport, control or problem. Select All or one of the categories shown to narrow the guide list.
Open a guide
Expand a guide to read where to find the feature, prerequisites, steps, control options and any recovery guidance. Collapse it to compare another guide.
Guide filters and pages
Clear filters resets the active filtering. Previous and Next move between result pages. Reset search and filters recovers from an empty result.
Docs, Tutorials and account navigation
Use the public help header to switch between Docs and Tutorials. The account action opens sign-in for a guest or the dashboard for a signed-in account.
Back to workspace
When you opened help from an app activity, use its contextual return link to go back. Public Home remains available when no workspace return was supplied.
Footer links
Use the footer's product, business and policy links for the relevant explanation. Contact and service information are separate from a guarantee that every operation is currently available.

You can compare workspaces, find the right tutorial, choose a video or written steps and return from Docs to your activity.

How to become an organizer

New and existing account holders who want organizer access · 4 steps

Create a player account, enable organizer access from the account and workspace menu, and open the organizer dashboard.

Access to the identity used to verify your account.
Organizer access must be enabled through the action offered to that account.

Steps

Open account registration
From the Sports Fantasy home page, open Login, then choose Create account.
Controls and choices
Login
Opens the secure sign-in page from the anonymous landing page.
Create account
Moves from sign-in to account registration without entering any credentials.
Mobile navigation
Open the main navigation first, then use the same Login path.

Enter your account details
Enter your contact and choose Continue. A new account then asks for your full real name.
Controls and choices
Full real name
After Continue, a new contact asks for the real name people know you by. An existing account keeps its saved name.
Country code
Applies to a national mobile number. It is ignored for email and for a full international number beginning with +.
Email or mobile number
Required. The app treats a value containing @ as email. Otherwise, it validates a mobile number.
- Email — Enter a complete email address. The country choice does not apply.
- Mobile — Enter national digits for the selected country or a full international number beginning with +.

Request verification
Send a one-time verification code to the selected contact.

Send WhatsApp code or Send OTP
After entering your full real name, send the six-digit code to your mobile number through WhatsApp or to your email inbox.
Delivery method
The contact entered on the prior step decides how the code is delivered.
- Email code — Uses the configured email sender and may show a retry countdown.
- Mobile code — Sends the code through WhatsApp to your mobile number. Keep every one-time code private.

Verify and become an organizer
Verify the new player account, then use the account and workspace menu to become an organizer.
Controls and choices
OTP code
Required. Only digits are kept, up to six. Entering the sixth digit starts verification automatically.
Verification controls
Verification normally begins after the sixth digit. Use the manual control only if needed, or return to correct the destination before verification.
- Verify and Continue — Verifies a complete six-digit code and opens the player dashboard.
- Change Number or Email — Returns to the contact step so the destination can be edited.
Account and workspaces
Open this menu from the player dashboard after verification. It contains account actions and every workspace the account can access.
Become Organizer
Adds organizer access to the same player account and opens the organizer dashboard.

Expected result

A verified player profile gains organizer access and the organizer dashboard opens with the first-tournament empty state.

How to create a player account

New and returning account holders · 4 steps

Create an account with player access by verifying your email address or mobile number.

Access to the email, supported mobile number or provider account used for verification.
Your real name when creating a new account.

Open account registration
Start on the public home page, open Login, then choose Create account.
Controls and choices
Login
Use the public navigation to reach authentication from the real visitor landing page.
Create account
Choose this from Login when you are new to Sports Fantasy. Verify the email address or mobile number you want to use.
Existing account
Known users should remain on Login instead of creating a duplicate account.

Enter your account details
Enter your contact and choose Continue. A new account then asks for your full real name.

Full real name
After Continue, a new contact asks for the real name people know you by. An existing account keeps its saved name.
Country code
Applies to a national mobile number. It is ignored for email and for a full international number beginning with +.

Request verification

Install and recover the application

Follow the installation guidance offered by your device, recover a missing app icon, and reconnect safely when the app is offline.

A browser or device on which you want to use Sports Fantasy.
No signed-in player account or existing match is required to read installation guidance.

Check installation support
Open the installation page and wait for it to detect the current browser and device.

Checking installation support
Wait for the support check before choosing a path. The page offers a native prompt, device-specific manual instructions or browser mode according to the detected support.
Install Sports Fantasy
When Ready to install appears, choose Install Sports Fantasy and follow the browser's installation prompt. Wait while Opening install prompt is shown.
Dismissed or failed prompt
If the prompt was dismissed or could not open, follow the manual instructions offered on the page. Repeated clicks do not create installation support that the browser lacks.

Use the instructions shown for the browser that is actually open.

Manual installation choices
Menu labels can vary by browser. Follow the matching route shown by the install page.
- iPhone or iPad — In Safari, open Share and Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App when offered, choose Add and launch the new icon. If Add to Home Screen is missing, check Edit Actions.
- Another browser on iPhone or iPad — Copy the preserved install link into Safari, then use Share and Add to Home Screen.
- Android Chrome or Edge — Open the browser menu and choose Install app, Add to Home Screen or the equivalent installation action, then launch the new icon.
- Samsung Internet — Open the browser menu, choose Add page to and Home screen, and select Install when offered.
- Android Firefox — Use Install or Add to Home Screen when available. If the action is missing, move the install link to Chrome.
- Mac Safari — Use Share or File and Add to Dock, then open the installed app from the Dock or Spotlight.
- Computer Chrome or Edge — In Chrome look under Cast, save, and share for Install page as app. In Edge use Apps and Install this site as an app.
- Embedded browser — Open the enclosing app's browser menu and choose its Open in browser action. If none is offered, copy the install link into the recommended device browser.

Move the install link to a supported browser
Use the preserved install link to keep the page you originally requested.

Copy install link
Copy install link copies the current installation link with the intended destination preserved. Open that link in the recommended browser or supported device.
Share link
When the device offers Share link, use its sharing interface to move the installation link. Dismissing the device share sheet does not install the app.
Copying blocked
If copying is blocked, select or press and hold the install-link field and copy manually. The field is read-only and selects its contents for copying.
Check again
Use Check again to reload the support check after changing browsers or completing installation.

Open the installed application
Launch the actual installed app after installation finishes.

Open Sports Fantasy
When the page detects installation, choose Open Sports Fantasy or Open installed app. If the browser does not transfer the link, open the icon from the Home Screen, app list, desktop or Dock.
Opening the installed app
Wait during the handoff. The requested page is retained when the installed app and browser support opening that link.
App icon missing? Install again
If the saved installation hint is wrong or the icon was removed, use App icon missing? Install again or App is not installed? Show install steps, depending on the displayed state. Both reset the hint and restore installation guidance.

Use browser mode when installation is unavailable
Some devices offer a browser fallback because they cannot install web applications.

Continue in this browser
Use Continue in this browser only when the page offers it for an unsupported device. The choice is remembered on that device. If a native installation prompt becomes available later, the app requires installation.
Browser mode could not be saved
Enable cookies for this site and try again if the preference cannot be saved. You can also move the preserved installation link to a supported browser.
Return to landing page
Use Return to landing page to leave installation guidance. The page also links to additional browser installation guidance when needed.

Recover from the offline page
Reconnect before continuing an operation that needs the server.
Controls and choices
You are offline
Reconnect to the internet and use Try again. This offline page does not store private tournament, registration, scoring or auction data.
Prepared scoring is separate
The generic offline page is not a saved scorecard or a substitute for preparing offline scoring. Keep unsynchronized scorer events on their original device and follow the dedicated scoring recovery guide.
Preserve pending work
Do not clear application storage or reinstall as a first response to a pending score or payment. Reconnect and use that workflow's documented recovery so saved local work can be checked.

Expected result

You can follow the written guide, recognize the available states and check the saved result before continuing.

Install Sports Fantasy

Open the Install page
Follow the installation gate or visit the installation link before logging in.

Install on iPhone or iPad
In Safari, open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, keep Open as Web App enabled, and confirm Add. If the action is hidden, use Edit Actions to add it.

Install from a browser prompt
On supported Android or desktop browsers, choose Install Sports Fantasy and confirm the browser's prompt.

Use the browser menu when no prompt appears
Choose Install app, Apps → Install this site as an app, or Add to Home Screen.

Move the link when no install option exists
Leave private or incognito mode. Use Copy install link, then open it in Safari on iPhone or iPad, Chrome on Android, or Chrome or Edge on a computer. Embedded social and messaging browsers often hide installation.

Launch from the new icon
Close the browser tab when necessary and open Sports Fantasy from the Home Screen or app launcher.

Important

A website cannot force a browser or operating system to install a PWA. The install page always provides a supported-browser transfer path instead of a skip button.
On iOS, a website cannot launch the new Home Screen app automatically.

Expected result

Sports Fantasy opens in installed-app mode and continues to the originally requested safe page.

Navigate and switch player workspaces

Players, dual-role account holders, and assigned scorers · 5 steps

Use the top-bar account menu to move between player, Fantasy, organizer, and scorer surfaces available to one account.

Before you start

A signed-in Sports Fantasy account.
Organizer and scorer links appear only when the account has that access.

Steps

Open the account menu
Select the avatar and welcome control in the application top bar.

Return to the player dashboard
Choose Player dashboard to browse tournaments, registrations, and individual matches.

Open the Fantasy dashboard
Choose Fantasy dashboard to manage teams, eligible matches, scores, and private contests.

Switch a dual-role account
Choose Organizer dashboard or Player dashboard when the same account has both player and organizer access.

Open assigned scoring work
Choose Scorer dashboard when an active scorer assignment makes that workspace available.

Important

Workspace links do not grant a new role. They only expose access already assigned to the account.

Expected result

The selected permitted workspace opens directly without requiring a separate workspace-selection page.

Launch from the Home Screen or operating-system app launcher.

Allow session restoration
The launch page checks the refreshed account session before selecting a destination.

Resume the saved route
An account-bound safe route may reopen when it still belongs to the signed-in account.

Pass normal authorization again
The destination always performs its own server authorization checks and redirects when the role or session no longer permits access.

Expected result

The installed app opens the latest permitted workspace or returns to login when authentication is required.

Create or open an account
Use Sign up to create a player account. After verification, open the account and workspace menu and choose Become Organizer if you also want organizer access. Use Log in for an existing verified account.

Enter the correct workspace
Sports Fantasy routes players, organizers, scorers, and Super Admins to the workspace permitted by their account and assignments.

Expected result

The correct public information, help library, authentication flow, or authorized workspace opens.

Search Docs first
Search by task, role, control, sport, error state, or expected result.

Filter by category
Narrow the guide library to account, player, organizer, tournament, auction, Fantasy, match, scoring, payment, support, or administration.

Open one written guide
Review where to find the workflow, prerequisites, steps, detailed control explanations, important notes, and expected result.

Open a related tutorial when useful
A Watch tutorial action appears only when that workflow has published video media.

Return to Docs for exceptions
Use the written notes for lifecycle restrictions, privacy rules, destructive scope, offline recovery, and other branches that a demonstration may not show.

Expected result

You can complete the workflow from text alone and optionally use its visual demonstration.

Add or change a verified email address

All account holders · 4 steps

Verify a communication email so it can receive account messages, registration confirmations, and login codes.

Account menu → Edit profile → Communication email

Before you start

A signed-in Sports Fantasy account.
Access to the email inbox being added.

Steps

Enter the email address
Type a valid address that is different from the currently verified communication email.

Send a verification code
Select the add or change email action and wait for the six-digit code.

Enter the code
Use the code sent to the displayed address before its ten-minute expiry.

Verify and save
Submit the code and wait for the profile page to confirm the update.

Important

If the address is wrong, choose Change email before verifying and request a code for the corrected address.

Expected result

The profile shows the new address as verified, and it can be used for communication and email OTP login.
