This notice explains how Sports Fantasy handles personal information needed to provide accounts, tournament operations, support, payments, and legal records.

We handle account identifiers, contact and profile details, tournament registrations, team and fixture records, scoring activity, fantasy activity, support requests, organizer payment-access decisions, billing details, consent evidence, and payment status or provider references needed for the features you use.
Payment credentials are entered with the configured payment provider. The platform operator keeps the payment status, amount, provider identifiers, document records, refund evidence, and audit information needed to reconcile a transaction. Organizer payment access is requested and approved without collecting organizer PAN, GSTIN, address, bank account, or IFSC in the app. Full card, bank, or UPI credentials must not be stored.
Information is used to authenticate users, provide tournament and fantasy tools, enforce access, complete requested collections, issue records, prevent misuse, answer support requests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal and accounting duties.
Tournament organizers receive the participant information needed to operate their events and are responsible for their own lawful use of it. Carefully selected infrastructure, messaging, payment, and professional service providers receive only the information needed for their role and applicable safeguards.
Public tournament views may show permitted sports information such as participant names, teams, fixtures, results, and performance records. Phone numbers, email addresses, birth details, home addresses, billing details, private photos, and stable account identifiers are not public player data.
Records are retained only for operational history, security, accounting, legal compliance, audit, dispute resolution, or another disclosed purpose. Access is restricted by role and tournament context. Retention periods must be finalized against applicable Indian law before live activation.

An organizer collecting information about a child must have an appropriate lawful basis and any required parent or guardian authorization. A child should not submit payment or identity information without the involvement required by applicable law and the organizer's rules.
