1Open Contact on your profileChoose Contact to review the email and mobile currently attached to your account.
Reach the profile
Choose Edit profile from the account menu, or Profile in mobile workspace navigation. Then choose Contact. These controls work for both sports and all ordinary account workspaces.
Read the contact rows
Each row shows the saved contact and the action available for its current state.
No email added — Choose Add beside Email to enter an email address.
Email not verified — Choose Verify beside Email to prove ownership of the current address.
Verified email — Choose Change beside Email to verify a replacement address.
No mobile number added — Choose Add beside Mobile to add a login number.
Login number — Choose Change beside Mobile to replace the saved number.
Update pending — Choose Finish update beside Mobile to complete a number that has already passed ownership verification.
Editor controls
Only one contact editor is open at a time. Close collapses that editor. While a request is running, wait for the loading state to finish before changing sections or submitting again.
After this step
Choose Contact to review the email and mobile currently attached to your account.
2Request a code for the email addressOpen the Email editor, enter the address you can receive mail at, and choose Send email code.
Enter the address
The field is Email address when adding or verifying an address, and New email address when replacing a verified one. Check spelling before sending.
Add or verify — Use an address you own. A verification code is sent to that mailbox.
Change a verified email — Enter the replacement address. The current verified contact is not replaced just because you typed into the editor.
Already verified address — Choosing the same verified address does not change anything. Enter a different address only if you intend to replace it.
Cannot send — Read the displayed validation or service error, correct the address if needed, and retry when permitted.
After this step
Open the Email editor, enter the address you can receive mail at, and choose Send email code.
3Verify and check the saved emailEnter the six-digit Verification code from your email, then check the result on the refreshed profile.
Complete verification
The sixth digit starts verification automatically. The submit button is Verify email on mobile and Verify and Save Email on desktop.
Code lifetime — The email code expires in 10 minutes. Request a new code if it has expired.
Send code again — Wait for Send again in to finish, then request another code for the displayed address.
Change email — Return to the address field if you need to correct the destination. Request a code for the corrected address.
Verified and ready — A successful update reports that the communication email is verified, updated, and ready for email login. Reopen Contact and check the saved address and Verified status.
Email login pending — If the message says communication email is verified but email login is not linked yet, keep using mobile login and contact support if the problem persists.
Verification failed — A rejected code or failed request does not confirm the change. Follow the error, correct the code or request another, and wait for the saved confirmation.
Using the verified email
The verified communication email is used for account communication and registration confirmations. Use it for login only after the app confirms email login is ready.
After this step
Enter the six-digit Verification code from your email, then check the result on the refreshed profile.
4Request a WhatsApp code for your numberOpen the Mobile editor, choose Country, enter the number, and check Will verify as before sending.
Choose the destination
Use a mobile number you own and can verify through WhatsApp.
Country — Choose the country separately from the national mobile digits. Check the formatted Will verify as value to avoid sending to the wrong destination.
New mobile number — When replacing the current number, type the replacement in New mobile number. When adding one, the field is Mobile number.
Country not listed — Choose Contact us to request it. The signed-in request and support reply remain in your account history.
Send WhatsApp Code — Request a code only after checking the number. Wait through Sending WhatsApp code. Complete the security check if requested.
Retry countdown — Wait for Send again in to finish before requesting another code. Correct validation errors before retrying.
After this step
Open the Mobile editor, choose Country, enter the number, and check Will verify as before sending.
5Verify and check the saved mobileEnter the WhatsApp verification code and wait for the number to be verified and synchronized.
Enter all six digits
Verification starts automatically after the sixth digit. The submit button is Verify number on mobile and Verify and Change Number on desktop.
Resend WhatsApp code — Wait for Resend in to finish. Complete a new security check if prompted, then use the latest code.
Change number — Return to the number entry if the destination is wrong. This option is disabled while a verified update needs completion.
Successful update — Wait for the message that the mobile number was verified and updated across account records. Reopen Contact and check the formatted saved number.
Account history — The verified update synchronizes linked profile and participation records, including existing registrations and player history. Do not create another account to perform this change.
Failed code or delivery — Follow the displayed error. A request or verification attempt alone does not prove the number was saved.
After this step
Enter the WhatsApp verification code and wait for the number to be verified and synchronized.
6Finish a verified update that is pendingIf the login number was verified but the profile still needs synchronization, finish that update before requesting another change.
Complete the recovery
Choose Finish update beside Mobile. Review the number in the pending message, then choose Finish verified update.
Finishing update — Wait while the control is busy. This action completes synchronization of the already verified number.
Successful completion — Check for the verified and updated message, then reopen Contact to confirm that Update pending is gone and the saved mobile is correct.
Still pending — If completion fails, keep the pending state intact and retry after addressing the reported problem. Contact support if it persists rather than assuming the old displayed number is the active login number.
Keep personal edits separate
Save changes in Personal updates your name, birth date, and bio. Contact changes use their own verification controls and are saved only after ownership is verified.
After this step
If the login number was verified but the profile still needs synchronization, finish that update before requesting another change.

Expected result

Add, verify, or change your email and login mobile, and finish a contact update that is still pending.
