1Keep the existing payment contextReturn to the same tournament and account when a payment result is uncertain.
Reopen the same registration
Use the payer's account and reopen the same tournament registration. Keep the existing payment context and saved form details. Repeatedly opening new checkouts can create confusion about which attempt is being checked.
Do not pay again
A pending, captured, paid-but-unconfirmed or under-review message requires checking the existing payment. Do not treat an error, delay or closed checkout as proof that no money moved.
Sign in again
If the session expires after checkout, sign in with the same account and check payment status. Signing in again does not mean another payment is needed.
After this step
You understand keep the existing payment context and the saved state to check before continuing.
2Check the existing paymentUse Check payment status and wait while the saved attempt is checked.
Check payment status
Choose Check payment status in Review & payment or the submit action when recovery is active. Wait through Checking payment and avoid repeated submissions while the action is disabled.
Verified and eligible
If payment is verified and registration remains eligible, the form continues registration. Check the saved registration afterward. Payment verification and registration fulfillment are separate states.
Confirmation still in progress
If capture or registration confirmation is still pending, wait and check the same payment again later. There is no promised completion time in this screen.
No payment captured
Continue the existing checkout only when the app confirms that no payment was captured and offers that continuation. A timeout or your own bank check is not enough to bypass the app's recovery state.
After this step
You understand check the existing payment and the saved state to check before continuing.
3Resolve payment exceptionsUse the displayed state to choose refresh, organizer help or support without creating another charge.
Payment cannot be matched safely
For a mismatch or an uncertain provider result, keep checking the same payment or contact support with the relevant registration context. Never send card details, OTPs, passwords or provider secrets.
Registration closed after checkout
If registration closes after payment activity, do not pay again. Check payment status and contact the organizer or support so the saved attempt can be reviewed.
Cancelled registration with payment activity
A cancelled registration or payment captured after cancellation needs review. A capture does not automatically restore the registration or guarantee an immediate refund.
Account or service unavailable
If the account cannot continue or payment status cannot be checked, follow the support message and retry after the service recovers. Keep the existing attempt context.
Expired session before payment starts
Refresh only when the app explicitly reports an expired payment session and asks you to reload. If payment may already have occurred, use payment recovery first.
After this step
You understand resolve payment exceptions and the saved state to check before continuing.
4Recognize a paid-feature checkoutA Complete payment dialog purchases a named platform action and has its own safe recovery controls.
Complete payment
Read the feature, scope, quantity, line items and total in the dialog. View price details expands the breakdown. Pay starts the reviewed attempt. Not now closes an idle review without activating the feature.
Wait during processing
The dialog shows preparing, verifying, checking or resuming progress and disables conflicting actions. Keep the current action's details unchanged while it is being resolved.
Add billing details
If the dialog requires billing details, use Add billing details, save the profile, then return to the same requested action. Missing billing details are not evidence that payment was captured.
Check payment status or Close for now
When the dialog says Do not pay again, Check payment status checks the same attempt. Close for now dismisses the idle dialog while recovery is still needed. It does not prove the payment failed.
After this step
You understand recognize a paid-feature checkout and the saved state to check before continuing.
5Resume the verified feature actionUse the recovery action offered for the current state and confirm activation separately from payment.
Check same payment or Retry same payment
Use Check same payment when verification is needed, or Retry same payment when that option is offered to prepare the existing attempt. Do not switch to a new purchase while the current one is uncertain.
Retry same action
When payment is verified but the action failed or its status is unclear, Retry same action resumes the original operation without starting another payment.
Start fresh attempt
Start fresh attempt appears only for an eligible recovery state. Use it only when the dialog offers it. It is not a general solution for ambiguous payments.
Close
Use Close when the idle error or recovery view offers it. Recheck the action's saved state when you return. Closing does not cancel a captured payment or establish a refund.
Access verified and Done
Access verified confirms that the requested action resumed successfully. Choose Done and verify the resulting feature or saved operation in the app.
After this step
You understand resume the verified feature action and the saved state to check before continuing.

Expected result

You can follow the written guide, recognize the available states and check the saved result before continuing.
