1Prepare the registrationOpen the correct tournament registration and finish the required details before reviewing payment.
Use your account
Sign in with the player account that should own the registration. Check the tournament name, sport, registration status and dates before entering details.
Complete the required details
Review the player information, sport-specific kit choices, availability and participation disclaimer. Use Next and Back to correct highlighted fields before Review & payment. Optional confirmation email is a separate preference.
Review & payment
Check the player details, kit and selected availability again. A completed payment cannot repair incorrect registration details automatically.
After this step
You understand prepare the registration and the saved state to check before continuing.
2Review the registration chargeConfirm the amount and collection information shown for this registration before opening checkout.
Mandatory registration fee
Read the Registration fee and the named collection agent. Mandatory payment is required before the form can complete registration. Use the amount shown for this registration rather than an older tutorial or another tournament's fee.
View price details
Expand View price details to review the item and Total payable. Collapse it when finished. The quote belongs to the current action.
Checkout details
Check the tournament description, named collection agent, amount and currency displayed by checkout. Stop if the tournament or amount is wrong. Registration collection and a purchase of platform access are different charges.
No online payment
A registration with no payment requirement can be submitted directly. A historical Optional mode does not open online checkout in this form. Follow the actual fee state shown rather than assuming Optional means an optional checkout button.
Already paid
If the registration says payment is already complete, do not pay again. Review any permitted registration changes and save them through the existing form.
After this step
You understand review the registration charge and the saved state to check before continuing.
3Pay and confirm registrationChoose the displayed Pay and register action and wait for both payment verification and registration confirmation.
Pay and register
Choose the button showing the current amount. Wait while checkout loads, then complete the payment using the provider's offered methods. Do not enter card details or payment credentials into a tutorial or support message.
Payment verification
After checkout returns, keep the form open while the server verifies the payment. The payment flow completes the eligible registration only after verification. A bank debit or a checkout success screen alone does not confirm registration.
Check the saved registration
Verify the saved registration state after the app finishes. If confirmation email fails but the registration was saved, use Save and retry email when offered. This retries the message without a second registration payment.
Closed or interrupted checkout
If checkout closes, use Check payment status when offered before attempting payment again. Use the pending-payment guide for an uncertain result.
After this step
You understand pay and confirm registration and the saved state to check before continuing.
4Handle unavailable or closed registrationResolve the state displayed by the form before trying to start another payment.
Payment unavailable
If checkout information is unavailable, registration cannot be submitted through mandatory payment. Try again after service recovery or contact the organizer. An existing Check payment status action can still be used to review an earlier attempt.
Organizer-assisted payment window
For an organizer-assisted pending registration, check the displayed deadline. Pay only while the form permits it. An expired, blocked or unavailable window leaves the saved registration read-only and requires the organizer's review.
Cancelled registration
A cancelled registration cannot start another payment until the organizer allows registration again. Follow the form's current eligibility rather than reopening checkout from an old page.
Allowed registration after refund
If the organizer has allowed registration again after a refund, follow the new registration state and current charge shown. Do not assume a prior refund or cancellation automatically restores eligibility.
After this step
You understand handle unavailable or closed registration and the saved state to check before continuing.

Expected result

You can follow the written guide, recognize the available states and check the saved result before continuing.
