1Open organizer billingOpen Documents and invoices to review your organizer platform purchase records.
Documents and invoices
Use an active account with organizer access for billing history. A signed-in buyer can be directed to billing details when a purchase requires them, but organizer document history remains restricted.
Billing details
Review the saved buyer summary and open the billing details action to create or update the details used for future documents.
No documents yet
Documents appear automatically after successful organizer platform purchases. Do not upload or manually create an invoice to fill an empty list. A loading failure is different from no documents.
After this step
You understand open organizer billing and the saved state to check before continuing.
2Enter the buyer's billing detailsEnter accurate buyer and Indian address information before saving a new profile version.
Legal billing name
Enter the legal buyer name, up to 160 characters.
Billing email
Enter a valid email for billing communication, up to 254 characters. Check it carefully before saving.
Billing mobile number
Enter a valid mobile number. The saved version can display only its final digits, so verify the number you enter rather than copying a masked value.
GSTIN if applicable
Leave this blank if the buyer has no GSTIN. If supplied, use a valid 15-character GSTIN whose state prefix matches the selected address state.
Address line 1
Enter the required address, up to 180 characters.
Address line 2
Use this optional field for additional address information, up to 180 characters, or leave it empty.
City
Enter the city, up to 100 characters.
State or union territory
Select the correct state or union territory from the provided Indian list. The GST state code is filled automatically and is not a separate free-text choice.
PIN
Enter a valid six-digit Indian PIN beginning with a nonzero digit.
After this step
You understand enter the buyer's billing details and the saved state to check before continuing.
3Save billing details for future documentsSave the profile and verify success before returning to a purchase.
Save billing details
Choose Save billing details and wait for the saved response. Correct highlighted invalid fields before retrying.
Immutable profile version
Saving creates a new immutable billing-profile version. Documents already issued never change when you edit the billing profile.
Save failure or expired form
If the form requests a refresh or cannot save, review the current saved details before retrying. Do not assume the new version exists until the save succeeds.
Back to your activity
Use Back to return to the originating activity or billing history. When a checkout requested billing details, return to the same requested purchase and review its saved state.
After this step
You understand save billing details for future documents and the saved state to check before continuing.
4Find and identify a documentOpen the relevant record and read its type and state before using the document.
View document
Select the document with the correct number, date, purchase and amount. Use Newer and Older to move through history pages.
Document types
Use the type printed on the record. Different acknowledgements and documents have different purposes.
Test payment record — A simulated payment record. It is not evidence of real money received or a tax invoice.
Payment acknowledgement — Records a payment and is not automatically a supplier invoice or tax invoice.
Invoice — Read the supplier, buyer, service, amounts and statements shown on this issued document.
Tax invoice — Read the issued tax invoice and its stated tax details rather than assuming all payments create this type.
Bill of supply — Use the document's own type and supplier statements.
Credit note — Review the adjustment and original-document reference when available.
Refund acknowledgement — Records the stated refund and is not automatically a supplier credit note or tax invoice.
Settlement statement — Review the settlement information recorded in this document.
Platform fee invoice — Review the platform fee and the supplier details printed on the record.
Void document
A void document retains its audit history. Read the warning and do not treat it as an active issued record.
Test document preview
A test record explicitly states that payment was simulated and no real money was received. It is not valid for input tax credit or accounting.
After this step
You understand find and identify a document and the saved state to check before continuing.
5Read the document detailCheck the parties, line items and total for the exact purchase.
Supplier, collection agent and buyer
Read the displayed party roles. A collection acknowledgement can show the collection agent separately from the organizer service supplier. Use the document's explanation of who supplied the service.
Service details and line items
Review service details, quantities, line items, subtotal, any discount, applicable tax lines and total. Test records show simulated totals. The page does not provide an editable tax or amount field.
Document statements
Read any payment, agency or tax statement printed on the record. Do not treat an acknowledgement or unregistered-supplier document as a tax invoice merely because payment succeeded.
Original document
Use the original-document link on an adjustment when it is present. It opens the retained original record rather than rewriting that document.
After this step
You understand read the document detail and the saved state to check before continuing.
6Download or email the documentUse the authorized document actions and check their outcome.
Choose Download PDF and wait while the file is prepared. Keep downloaded buyer and payment details private.
Email secure link
Choose Email secure link and wait for the request result. The action sends an authorized access link through the billing delivery process. It is not a promise that the recipient has already opened or received the email.
Email delivery state
If delivery is in progress, suppressed, blocked or failed, read the notice and follow the available recovery. Do not repeatedly request email while a send is still being processed.
Unavailable or unauthorized document
If a document cannot load or access is denied, return to your own history and reopen it. Contact support with the document reference if necessary, without sharing payment credentials.
After this step
You understand download or email the document and the saved state to check before continuing.
