How to share a secured tournament registration link

Copy the organizer's secured tournament registration link and understand what players see before the form opens.

1Find the secured linkStart on the Organizer dashboard, open the tournament overview, and locate its secured registration link.
Dashboard navigation
Search for the exact synthetic tournament, open its action menu, then choose Tournament setup and Tournament overview.
Registration Form
Shows whether player registration is open or closed and provides the exact tournament-specific link.
Registration availability
The link can be shared at any time, but players can submit only when the published tournament and registration lifecycle allow it.
Open: Eligible signed-in players can open and submit the configured registration form.
Closed: New entry and editing are blocked even if someone still has the URL.
Desktop and mobile
The same link card is used on both layouts; the mobile card simply fits the controls into the narrower workspace.

2Review link securityThe masked URL opens this tournament's registration view only after account and lifecycle checks.
Tournament-specific URL
The tournament ID in the path keeps the invite tied to the correct competition. Share the complete URL without trimming its query values.
Account gate
The link is secured by the normal player login or signup flow; possessing the URL alone does not create a registration.
Server rules
Authentication, Published status, registration-and-auction setup, open registration, and lifecycle restrictions are still checked. A private tournament may intentionally accept its explicit secured link.
Recording privacy
The recorder blurs the synthetic URL. In the real organizer workspace, review and copy the complete value without trimming its query parameters.
Sharing choice
Use the copied URL in the channel your participants already trust.
Copy: Copies the exact secured link so you can paste it into WhatsApp, email, or another message.
Open Registration Page: Opens the player-facing page for organizer review; it is not required for copying.

Safe sharing
Send the link only through the intended tournament channel and avoid posting private competition links publicly.

After authentication, the player reviews the configured form, submits it, and then appears in Registered players for organizer review.
