1Open Fantasy viewer connectionsOpen Viewer connections from the tournament Fantasy setup or the individual match creator's Fantasy setup.
Tournament organizer
Open the tournament's Fantasy setup and its Viewer connections launcher. The connections full page also offers the Fantasy view.
Individual match creator
Open your friendly or practice match, choose Set up Fantasy or Manage Fantasy and use Viewer connections.
Full page
Choose Full page in the dialog if you need the canonical connections page.
Authorization
Only the authorized organizer or individual-match creator can manage this capacity. Viewer access does not grant setup permissions.
After this step
Open Viewer connections from the tournament Fantasy setup or the individual match creator's Fantasy setup.
2Read the current connection poolReview Included, Purchased, Shared limit and current usage.
Tournament scope
The Fantasy pool is shared across the tournament's eligible Fantasy activities and matches.
Individual-match scope
The pool covers Fantasy for that individual match.
One connection per tab
Each open Fantasy tab uses a connection. Closing an unused tab can release capacity.
Personal pass
A viewer's personal pass supplies that buyer's separate connection when offered. It does not increase the organizer's shared pool.
Separate from scorecards
Choose the Fantasy view deliberately. Scorecard and PlayerCast viewer capacity is managed separately.
After this step
Review Included, Purchased, Shared limit and current usage.
3Choose the new shared totalEnter the total number of shared connections you want, within the eligible limit.
New shared connection total
Enter a whole number above the current total. This is the resulting total, not the number to add.
Eligible limit
The displayed limit controls the largest total you can request.
Price details
Review the number of additional connections, unit price and estimated total. The final amount is confirmed before payment.
Buy connections
Use this action when the current offer has a price.
Add connections
Use this action when the current offer is free. An entered number alone does not grant capacity.
After this step
Enter the total number of shared connections you want, within the eligible limit.
4Wait for capacity to be deliveredComplete the offered request and check the confirmed shared limit.
Preparing
Wait while the request is prepared and any required payment is completed.
Confirmed result
A successful result reports the connections added and refreshes the capacity card.
Purchase unavailable
The card explains when no extra connections can be purchased or the available limit has been reached.
Loading failure
Use Try again if the connection state cannot load. Do not assume a failed load changed capacity.
After this step
Complete the offered request and check the confirmed shared limit.
5Resume an unfinished request safelyUse Resume or Retry same request before starting another purchase.
Frozen total
An unfinished request keeps its original total until delivery and payment are resolved.
Resume
Continue the same request when its result is still being confirmed.
Retry same request
Retry the existing failed request when offered.
Discard failed request
This appears only when the app has confirmed that the failed draft can be discarded without an unresolved payment.
Cancellation and reconciliation
Use an offered cancellation only when the app allows it. If payment needs reconciliation, resume the same attempt and do not pay again.
After this step
Use Resume or Retry same request before starting another purchase.

Expected result

Review and increase shared Fantasy viewing capacity for a tournament or an individual match.
