How to configure Football Fantasy

Enable Football Fantasy, set squad limits and event points, then review and save.

Opens access, limits, position-neutral squad rules, and Football scoring.
Mobile navigation
Open Search & filters first; the same Manage and Fantasy actions remain available in the compact menu.

The prepared Football tournament's Fantasy settings form opens from the Organizer dashboard.
2Availability and limitsKeep registered-player access on, public-follower access off, and set separate team limits.
Player can play Fantasy
Controls access for registered and approved tournament players without deleting existing teams or their points.
On: Registered and approved players may create or edit before the applicable lock; this tutorial keeps it on.
Off: Stops this audience from new creation while preserving stored teams and points.
Public can play Fantasy
Controls broad follower access. This tutorial keeps it off; an invite code can still grant access to an exact private contest.
Per match
A whole number from 1 to 20, counted separately for each football fixture.
For tournament
A whole number from 1 to 20 for teams whose points accumulate across the tournament.
Lowering a limit
Never deletes saved teams. A player already at the new cap can view or edit as allowed, but cannot add another.
After this step
Registered-player access remains enabled, public-follower access remains disabled, and both creation limits are intentional.
3Set squad compositionChoose team balance and leadership multipliers without position or category restrictions.
Fantasy team size
A whole number from 2 to 100; this tutorial uses four.
Max from one real team
A whole number no greater than team size. This tutorial uses two, forcing a two-and-two balance across the fixture teams.
Organizer categories
Auction categories remain exactly as configured. Fantasy does not map them to football positions or use either value as a squad restriction.
Captain and vice-captain multipliers
Each accepts 1 to 5 in increments of 0.1.
Captain 2×: Doubles that player's match points.
Vice-captain 1.5×: Adds fifty per cent to that player's match points.
Roster readiness
Saving while enabled is blocked when real-team assignments, roster size, or the chosen cap cannot form at least one team.
After this step
The compact football squad is feasible and balanced across the two real teams.
4Choose football pointsSet appearance, attacking, defensive, goalkeeping, and discipline values.
Appearance events
Reward participation recorded by the match ledger.
Starting eleven: Awarded when the player is recorded in the starting lineup.
Substitute appearance: Awarded when a substitute is recorded as entering the match.
Goal
Every recorded goal uses the same position-neutral reward; this tutorial sets forty-five.
Attacking events
Rewards supported contributions around a scoring chance.
Assist: Points for the player credited with the assist.
Shot on target: Points for a shot recorded on target, even when it does not become a goal.
Goalkeeping and defending
Rewards supported defensive events and can deduct for goals allowed.
Save: Points for a goalkeeper save.
Tackle: Points for a credited successful tackle.
Interception: Points for a credited interception.
Clean sheet: Reward applied when the supported clean-sheet conditions are met.
Goal conceded: Usually negative; deducts for a conceded goal under the supported ledger rules.
Discipline and mistakes
Use negative values for events that should reduce a player's total.
Own goal: Deduction for a recorded own goal.
Yellow card: Deduction for a yellow card; this tutorial uses minus five.
Red card: Deduction for a red card, normally larger than a yellow-card deduction.
Allowed values
Every event is required and accepts a whole number from -1000 to 1000. Positive rewards and negative deductions are both supported.

All thirteen football scoring events contain valid whole-number values.
5Review every ruleConfirm limits, squad composition, leadership, and all football points.
Availability and limits
Confirms whether creation is open and repeats both team caps.
Squad composition
Repeats team size, real-team cap, captain multiplier and vice-captain multiplier.
Football points
Lists all thirteen supported event values, including the position-neutral goal value and negative discipline and concession values.
After this step
The review shows a complete football-specific configuration ready to save.
6Save Football FantasyPersist the complete football configuration after validation.
Atomic save
Availability, limits, squad inputs, multipliers and every football scoring value are persisted together without changing auction categories.
Server checks
The server repeats authorization, numeric and roster-feasibility validation before returning success.
Player effect
Player builders read the saved team size, real-team cap and position-neutral scoring values from this configuration.
After this step
The reloaded organizer form contains the exact persisted Football Fantasy limits, multipliers, and position-neutral scoring values.

Expected result

The football tournament has enabled Fantasy rules that players can use to create teams without position or category mapping.
