How to configure Cricket Fantasy

Enable Cricket Fantasy, set squad limits and scoring, then review and save the tournament rules.

Opens access, limits, position-neutral squad rules, and Cricket scoring.

Open Search & filters first; the same Manage and Fantasy actions remain available in the compact menu.

2Availability and limitsKeep registered-player access on, public-follower access off, and set separate team limits.
Player can play Fantasy
Controls access for registered and approved tournament players without erasing teams or points already saved.
On: Registered and approved players may create or edit teams before the relevant lock; this tutorial keeps it on.
Off: Stops this audience from new creation while preserving stored teams and points.
Public can play Fantasy
Controls broad follower access. This tutorial keeps it off; an invite code can still grant access to an exact private contest.
Per match
A whole number from 1 to 20. The allowance is counted separately for each fixture, so a player can prepare different combinations for different opponents.
For tournament
A whole number from 1 to 20. These teams collect points across tournament matches instead of belonging to one fixture.
If a limit is reduced
Saved teams are not deleted. A player who is already at or above the new limit cannot create another team until below it.
After this step
Registered-player access remains enabled, public-follower access remains disabled, and both creation limits are intentional.
3Set squad compositionSet team size, real-team balance, and captain and vice-captain multipliers.
Fantasy team size
A whole number from 2 to 100. This compact tutorial uses four players.
Max from one real team
A whole number from 1 up to the Fantasy team size. Lower values create balance, but the roster must still have enough players across real teams.
Organizer categories
Auction categories stay exactly as the organizer configured them. Fantasy does not map them to sporting positions or use them as squad restrictions.
Leadership multipliers
Each accepts 1 to 5 in steps of 0.1.
Captain: Multiplies the captain's match points; 2 means double points.
Vice-captain: Multiplies the vice-captain's match points; 1.5 means fifty per cent extra.
Roster ready check
Saving while enabled is blocked if real-team assignments, roster size, or the chosen cap cannot produce at least one valid team.
After this step
The four-player cricket squad is feasible with a maximum of two players from one real team.
4Choose cricket pointsSet rewards or deductions only for events supported by the cricket score ledger.
Batting events
Run points apply per run; boundary bonuses are additional rewards rather than replacements.
Run: Points for each run credited in the score ledger.
Four bonus: Extra points when a recorded scoring shot is a four, on top of run points.
Six bonus: Extra points when a recorded scoring shot is a six, on top of run points.
Wicket and fielding events
These values reward the player credited for the supported dismissal or fielding event.
Wicket: Points to the credited bowler for a supported bowler wicket.
Catch: Points to the fielder credited with a catch.
Stumping: Points to the wicketkeeper credited with a stumping.
Run out: Points to the player credited by the score ledger for the run-out.
Maiden over: Points to the bowler when the ledger confirms a completed maiden over.
Allowed values
Every field is required and accepts a whole number from -1000 to 1000. Use negative values only when the event should deduct points.

All eight cricket scoring events contain valid whole-number values.
5Review every ruleCheck availability, composition, multipliers, and cricket points together.
Availability review
Confirms whether players can create teams and repeats the separate match and tournament limits.
Composition review
Repeats team size, one-real-team cap, and the captain and vice-captain multipliers.
Points review
Lists every cricket ledger event and the exact saved value; use Edit if any reward or deduction is unintended.
After this step
The review shows a complete, sport-specific cricket configuration ready to save.
6Save Cricket FantasySave only after every section passes client and server validation.
Save Fantasy settings
Persists availability, limits, composition, multipliers and all cricket point values together without changing auction categories.
Validation
Client feedback is immediate, and the server repeats authorization and data validation before reporting success.
Visible result
The route returns with saved=1 and from=dashboard only after persistence succeeds; player Fantasy pages then read the updated settings.
After this step
The reloaded organizer form contains the exact persisted Cricket Fantasy limits, multipliers, and scoring values.

Expected result

The cricket tournament has enabled, sport-specific Fantasy rules that players can use to build valid teams.
