1Open assisted registrationUse the tournament's available player registration action while organizer additions are open.
Existing activity
The assisted dialog keeps Registered players open and refreshes the list after a verified save. The full-page registration entry provides the same workflow.
Eligibility
Check sport, dates, venue, registration state and fee. Registration and auction lifecycle protections still apply.

2Verify the player's identityChoose Registered player or New mobile and hand private confirmation to the player.
Registered player
Search by full mobile or email, or at least three registered name characters. Confirm name matches using the player's private last four mobile digits or complete registered email.
New mobile
Use only when no matching account exists. Enter the real player name, separate country and mobile, request the displayed WhatsApp verification code and let the player enter it.
Automatic OTP verification
Verification starts after the sixth digit. Wait through verification before continuing. Use Change number for an incorrect destination and respect the resend countdown.
One account
An existing verified identity uses its existing account. Do not create a second account to work around a match or registration.

Choose Registered player or New mobile and hand private confirmation to the player.
3Choose the registration starting pointReview an existing registration or choose how to enter this tournament's details.
Current registration
If the player is already registered, update the current record instead of creating a duplicate.
Start new
Enter current kit, category, address and availability without copying an earlier registration.
Reuse
Copy reusable address and kit details from an available previous registration. Consent, availability, status and payment start fresh.

Review an existing registration or choose how to enter this tournament's details.
4Enter current tournament detailsReview date of birth, address, kit, category and availability with the player.
Player details
Check the verified account and permitted Date of birth and Address or tower and flat.
Kit
Enter Name on T-shirt, optional Number on T-shirt and T-shirt size. Choose Custom and enter the custom size when needed.
Category
Choose an offered Player category for this tournament.
Availability
Choose Fully available or Will miss some dates. Add every tournament date the player cannot attend and remove an incorrect selected date.
After this step
Review date of birth, address, kit, category and availability with the player.
5Confirm consent and the actual fee stateHand the device to the player before accepting the participation disclaimer and organizer attestation.
Player consent
Confirm that the player accepts the disclaimer and authorized you to submit these details and payment state.
Confirmation email
Use Send the player a registration confirmation email when requested. Delivery results are reported after saving.
Payment choice
For a required fee, choose the state that actually applies.
Payment pending — The registration is saved as waitlisted until payment is resolved. Review the displayed pending-payment deadline and ask the player to follow up.
Payment done offline — Confirm that the configured fee was received outside online checkout. This is an organizer attestation.
No fee or existing evidence
A free tournament has no payment choice. Updating a current paid record preserves its existing payment evidence and amount.
After this step
Hand the device to the player before accepting the participation disclaimer and organizer attestation.
6Review and save onceReview the player, tournament, starting point, personal details, kit, category, dates and consent before saving.
Back and Continue
Use Back to correct earlier information and Continue to reach the review. Keep required identity and consent checks complete.
Saving
Wait for the idempotent save result. A safe retry uses the same request and does not create another registration.
Success and follow-up
Choose View registered players after saving. Review the refreshed list, saved status and any pending payment deadline or email delivery result. Open Add player registration again for the next player.
After this step
Review the player, tournament, starting point, personal details, kit, category, dates and consent before saving.
7Check the saved player detailsReturn to Registered players and reopen the saved registration after refreshing the page.
Saved registration
Check the registration after a fresh page load. Its saved competition details should match the review you submitted.
Mobile details
Open the player's registration details and choose Edit to inspect the saved competition fields. Reviewing the fields does not submit another registration.
After this step
The saved registration reloads with All-rounder, PLAYER and shirt number 24.

Expected result

Verify the player's identity, enter authorized tournament details and record an assisted registration with the correct consent and payment state.
